Ryan in my opinion is the only choice! He is very professional, and tentative to my needs while selling and purchasing a home. He helped reduce the stress, in such a stressful situation. Hire Ryan! You will not regret it. Ryan found us our starter home 7 years ago using his connections and we were able to make an offer and secure the deal before the house even hit the market. We recently hired Ryan again as we needed more space for our growing family and again, Ryan came through to help us through a bidding war to win the perfect house for us. He also sold our current house quickly and above asking. The marketing for our house was impressive and we had a lot of interest and multiple offers! Knowledgeable, prompt and personable. Based on our experience, Ryan Lane is an easy five stars! My girlfriend and I began looking for our first home early this year and after having a disappointing experience with our initial realtor we were referred to Ryan by some close friends. The difference was night and day. Instead of having to follow-up to get responses to our inquiries Ryan would respond to our emails immediately or would have already provided the information. Ryan was a great communicator and listener. He was well aware of our budget, current situation with work from home (and possible return to the office) and the areas we wanted to search in. We never felt pressured to buy or made to feel like finding our home within our budget was impossible. Visiting homes with Ryan was easy and comfortable while also professional and a learning experience thanks to his expertise. At the end of the day, Ryan helped us immensely in finding our home and we couldn't be happier. It was a great experience working with him and recommend anyone work with him as well.
